When making new rubber rollers, customers should provide detailed specifications of the product size, roller hardness, temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and the working environment (rubber rollers in contact with diluents: benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, and liquid acidity, alkalinity, PH value) and so on.

Holiday break to remove the rubber roller, to prevent deformation under pressure, and again when using the rubber surface should be carefully checked for bubbles, scratches, etc., if there is a different phenomenon, it should be newly repaired and ground before use.

When handling and moving, it is necessary to lift and hang the shaft to prevent the rubber surface from being bumped, touched or scratched.

Rubber rollers in storage, to support the shaft storage, prohibited extrusion stacking, rubber roller spacing should not be less than 5mm, and placed in a cool, dry place.

After each day’s production work, the surface of the rubber rollers must be thoroughly cleaned of impregnated liquids and solid powders using the specified chemical agents.
